SMS & Communication Consent

Platform Communication Guidelines for Service Providers Using Fyxo

Verbal Opt-In Script

When service businesses using the Fyxo platform make initial contact with customers (typically during the first phone call), the following verbal opt-in script should be used to obtain SMS consent:

Technician/Dispatcher:

"As part of our field service operations, we use the Fyxo platform to send you text messages regarding appointment confirmations, schedule changes, service notifications, and invoice updates. Message frequency varies based on your service activity and appointments. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone service plan. At any time you can get more help by replying HELP to these texts, or you can opt out completely by replying STOP. Mobile Terms of Service are available at https://www.yourtechpilot.com/products/fyxo/terms and our Privacy Policy can be found at https://www.yourtechpilot.com/products/fyxo/policy. Please reply with 'yes' or 'no' to indicate if you would like this service."

"Yes please"

"Great! We will send you a text message to confirm your enrollment shortly."
