By downloading, installing, or using the Fyxo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Fyxo is a field service management application designed for appliance repair businesses. The App provides features including:

- Appointment scheduling and management
- Customer communication via SMS and voice calls

- Photo and document capture and storage
3. Device Permissions
The App requires certain device permissions to function properly:
Camera Access
Purpose: Fyxo needs camera access to capture photos and videos of work performed at appointments.
Usage: Document repairs, capture before/after photos, and create visual records for estimates and invoices.
Photo Library Access
Purpose: Fyxo needs photo library access to attach images to appointments and save documentation.
Usage: Access existing photos for attachment to work orders and save captured photos to your device.
Notifications
Purpose: Send push notifications for appointments, messages, and system updates.
Usage: Keep you informed of schedule changes, new messages, and important system notifications.
4. Data Collection and Privacy
The App collects and processes the following types of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy:
